Howard-Agree with everything on Belli, he’s done this year. It’s embarrassing for LA to watch his AB’s. But let’s talk about Pollock and getting injured. 2 outs, already in scoring position, outfield deep with Taylor at bat, AND HE ATTEMPTS TO STEAL? I mean WTF? If that would have been someone like Puig it would have been talked about for 3-4 days. Roberts never even mentioned it.

It's nauseating when he comes up. He's a HR junkie desperate for a fix. The more he swings for the fences the worse he gets. I wouldnt want to be in his head right now. It's got to be a torture chamber. I'd hypnotizse the shit out of him until he believes he's Rod Carew.

For “fuck’s sake” is right. Bellinger’s plunge is the worst I remember of any major league MVP, ever. Should have been shelved months ago. But how do you do that to the beloved player? He’s a boat anchor on the level of a Yasiel Puig. His failing could rub off on the other players. It’s a problem, but we’ve been so successful it’s hard to expect Mgmt to get cutthroat about our troubled star.

A benching will help. It’s just a shame that they let the depth they talk so much about take a back seat when it comes to the position players. There were a lot players available that they could’ve traded for that wouldn’t have cost them much in terms of human capital. And they just sat there.

The game strategy is so different now. All games are bullpen games, lineups are freighted from 1 to 9. They rotate players like puppets playing musical chairs To me, it’s baseball’s global warming crisis. It’s already too late to fix.
