Howard-How is it that MLB can manipulate the baseball and the outcome of games by constantly changing the ball itself. Too many home runs, let’s make the ball softer, not enough runs, let’s juice up the ball etc. WTF, no other sport, basketball, football, soccer, etc., does this. How can the Commissioners Office get away with this.
